Return Policy Because each item is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we review the photos, we will gladly work with you to replace the item or resolve the issue. Please note that color variations, slight differences in placement, or minor stitching variations are part of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects.
